Milk powder burfi recipe/Milk barfi/Milk powder barfi/Milk powder recipe is a simple and easy burfi recipe. I have prepared this recipe with just 4 ingredients including milk powder, milk, ghee, and sugar. This Indian sweet recipe is perfect for festivals and can be prepared within 15 minutes.
This burfi recipe tastes the same as milk peda. Milk powder burfi can be cut into desired shapes like square or diamond shape. Always keep them in low flame and cook else there are chances of getting burnt. There will be color change if we cook at a high flame so always keep in low flame.
Milk powder burfi is my favorite burfi which I will store for a week in the refrigerator. Moreover, this burfi I have tried making without sugar to make it more healthy. Adding chopped nuts gives us crunchy toppings when we bite.
