Kanthari Fish Tawa Fry

Kanthari (Birds Eye Chili) fish Tawa fry is a south Indian spicy and delicious fish fry with simple and Hot spices. Kanthari chili is very spicy and always is used in sauces, pickles, and curries. Kanthari fish Tawa fry can be prepared using red chili powder and turmeric powder but I have not used any spices. And adding coconut milk while marinating the fish will make it more delicious.

Here I used Seer fish for this recipe and you can use any fish for this recipe. And the ingredients like curry leaves and coriander leaves will give a green color to the masala. If you are baking/grilling this in the oven. Add a tbsp of coconut oil to the marinade. And bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for 15-20 minutes or until evenly browned on both sides.
